ABOUT

My name is Stephen Moor, and I am a world class inventor with verifiable credentials.  I am the most cited inventor in the history of the United States Patent and Trademark Office in the field of oil filtration.  As a backyard inventor and a total industry outsider, I licensed my two benchmark patents to AlliedSignal, a Fortune 38 Company.  My patents have revolutionized the oil filter category for internal combustion engines.  These 2 patents genisised both the Fram Double Guard and the TRT oil filters, creating two revolutionary lines of oil filters for Fram, the number #1 oil filter brand in the world.  These oil filters were available nationwide for over a decade in Walmart as well as other major automotive retailer’s around the US and Canada.  My intellectual property has earned hundreds of millions of dollars for AlliedSignal/Honeywell.

As you are well aware, the inventors marketplace is begging you to share your idea with them. Here are some of the most popular options that are routinely being put in front of you:

• There are the free inventors kits...  there are invention services where you just email them your idea for a free evaluation...    • There are inventions that appear on TV as new products… the television show Shark Tank, will offer you a deal on the spot    • There are provisional patents...  there are non-provisional patents...  there are trademarks, service marks & trade secrets... • There is the United States Patent and Trademark Office who promotes all of their services to the do-it-yourselfer...                  • There are intellectual property lawyers, patent lawyers and patent agents…

Over a-half million new patents are filed every year.  Now if I didn’t know any better, I’d be led to believe that we are in the midst of a
“gold rush” where patents and money making ideas are the latest Mother lode.

Here’s the message that I’m hearing…  “You should come with us.  We’ll help you get a patent and we’re going to market your idea for you.  Before you know it, your product will be out in the market place.  We’re sure that the people are going to love it and you’re going to get rich.”
At this point, I’m betting that you may not be exactly sure on how to proceed; especially in light of all these options.  As you can see, there are so many different paths that you can follow, yet the question remains, 'What is the correct path?  And how can you be sure with any degree of certainty which is the best path for you to follow?'

To be sure, I know what the right path is, because I’ve already been down it.
But before we go any further, I want you to be aware of something that you may not have come across before.  Nonetheless, it’s true and I can easily prove it to you.

Owning a patent or a trademark does not  give you near the protection that you believe it does.  There are many more layers of protection that you are personally responsible for in order to make either your  patent or trademark worth the paper it’s been written on.

That said, I’ve been watching the world of inventing and marketing for a long time now.  Over the past couple of decades, I’ve been watching it morph into the casual affair that it has become today.  Without question, inventing & product development and its related activities have evolved into something that’s been tailor made to accommodate the catchy commercials and inventing shows on TV.  Not to mention the many popular invention help services sites on the web..., including what's being offered right now on YouTube.

The world of inventing has opened its floodgates and now it’s being introduced to the masses.  I’m totally fine with that, except that’s when many well intentioned individuals just like yourself enter the game, only to get their dreams broken, their ideas stolen and their money taken.

The next time you run across anyone or some invention service who wants to help you become an inventor or help you market your idea… pay careful attention to two things:

1.)   How come no one seems to be warning you about the many pitfalls that go hand in hand with the formation of ideas, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, the PTO's rules & regulations, intellectual property law, non-disclosure agreements, royalty rate negotiations, the licensing process and the marketing of one’s dream?  Because there are many.

2.)   Why the casual, almost pedestrian-like attitude as it relates to something as complex as inventing, patents and licensing? Because patent, trademark, trade secret and intellectual property law is some of the most complex law on the planet and licensing agreements are certainly no lightweight matter either.

Always follow the money.  Now ask yourself, 'Who’s been making the money here?  Is it the inventors, or is it the various the players who are offering their services to the inventors?  Who’s in control?'  You’re certainly not, but if we work together, we can change that!

In response to what I see taking place in the inventor’s marketplace, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to throw my hat into the ring.

I’m willing to educate anyone who’s interested in how to protect their idea and how to maximize its potential.  I’m also prepared to share my extensive real world experience with anyone who really wants to know what it’s like to own patents, trade secrets, trademarks and be able to market & license a valuable invention.

So let me ask, 'Would it be to your benefit if you could meet a real person who knows firsthand how to go about everything that you’ve been wondering about?'

Well, I’d like you to know something.  I can answer all of your questions and then some.  Besides that, I’m willing to share with you everything that I know about the inventing process from start to finish, and that’s really where it’s at.

All I ask is that you put me to a simple test.  Please, read my Bio, it will only take a moment.  Then judge for yourself if I’m qualified to guide you on your inventor’s journey.
